The Realist Pro Acoustic-Electric 4-string Violin seamlessly blends high-end acoustic and electric violin features. It boasts an integrated Realist pick-up™, volume control, and a passive tone knob for quick sound adjustments.

Crafted from premium tonewoods with enhanced top graduation and thicknessing, it includes an on-board Realist Transducer to clearly amplify the violin’s acoustic nuances. The volume knob allows for on-stage control, while the passive tone knob enables on-the-fly sound contouring. The violin is set up with Thomastik-Infeld Vision strings and features Wittner finetune geared pegs.

This carved wood violin produces a sweet, rich sound, with a finely crafted spruce top and elegantly molded maple ribs and back. The patented Realist technology, renowned for its superior pick-up for acoustic instruments, is built into the violin’s body.

Thoughtful Design

The output jack is integrated into the back, designed to handle the added weight and material. Positioned at the violin’s corner block and back, the jack is easily accessible and keeps the patch cable out of sight and out of the player’s way. The bow arm moves freely, and the instrument’s acoustic soundremains unaffected. The volume control, integrated into the treble-side rib, is cleverly camouflaged to match the violin’s varnish.
